"I use a version of this almost daily, obviously play around with the fruit you use, I've used really ripe mango before and it's amazing. This recipe is a super simple way to add our CBD Hot Chocolate to your regular healthy smoothie, and if you are studying or taking exams, make sure to add blueberries as they can help with memory recall and concentration.
- Your regular milk or milk substitute
- 2 tablespoons of Organic Yoghurt or Kefir Yoghurt
- A banana
- 1 tablespoon Organic Oats (optional)
- 2 portions of strawberries, raspberries or blueberries
- 2 teaspoons of cannabeenz Hot Chocolate Dark
Throw everything into your blender, the amount of milk you use will be determined by how thick you like your smoothie, blitz well, pour into a glass and drink immediately
This is a fabulous weight loss shake too and a great way to get kids to consume fruit."
