what to do next

  • please package up the product so it reaches us in the same condition it was sent to you
  • please ensure the tamper seal is UNBROKEN and intact, we are unable to refund you if the tamper seal has been broken
  • please ensure appropriate postage is paid for the size and weight of item (this is IMPORTANT as the Royal Mail do not deliver items that require additional postage and we cannot credit you until we receive the item back into our warehouse)
  • IF YOU ARE RETURNING A PRODUCT BECAUSE WE SENT YOU THE INCORRECT PRODUCT, please email us a copy of your return postage receipt to: [email protected] stating the invoice number and your address so we can tie the two together and we will refund your postage once we receive the product back into our warehouse
  • please post the item to: RETURNS at Cannabeenz Chocolate Ltd, Orchard Leigh, Hailey Lane, Hailey, Hertfordshire. SG13 7NY.   IT IS IMPORTANT that you include a photocopy of the invoice that was sent to you, if you do not we have no way of refunding you as we won't know who you are
  • Please allow up to 14 days from the date you post the item back to us for your refund to appear on your account, thank you.
